Ticket terms and condition

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to Nigerian and Ghanaian residents aged 18 years and above.
1.2 Participants must hold a valid international passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the intended travel date.
1.3 Employees of BWW and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Raffle Prize

2.1 The number of winners and details of each prize will be specified in the respective raffle campaign.
2.2 A standard BWW Travel Prize typically includes:

• Return economy-class flights from Nigeria or Ghana to the specified destination.

• Hotel accommodation (category and duration will vary per package).

• Guided tours and excursions (where applicable).

• Comprehensive travel insurance.

• Event access, cultural experiences, or special inclusions (if part of the package).

• A travel allowance (if provided in that raffle campaign).

2.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Entry & Ticketing

3.1 Each raffle ticket price will be stated on the official BWW website for the specific campaign.
3.2 Tickets may only be purchased via the official BWW website or designated authorized channels.
3.3 Multiple entries are permitted; each valid ticket purchased = one entry.
3.4 Proof of payment/receipt must be retained as evidence of entry.

4. Draw & Winner Selection

4.1 The raffle draw date will be communicated for each campaign.
4.2 Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of the BWW team.
4.3 The decision of BWW is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
4.4 Winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or WhatsApp within 72 hours of the draw.
4.5 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, BWW reserves the right to redraw.

5. Travel Requirements

5.1 Winners are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, health, and travel requirements for their prize destination.
5.2 BWW will provide visa support and application guidance, but visa approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate.
5.3 If a visa is refused, the prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize offered.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1 BWW is not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes to travel arrangements beyond its control.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged raffle tickets.

• Failure to obtain necessary travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).

6.2 Comprehensive travel insurance is included in each prize; winners agree to comply with the insurer’s terms.

7. Marketing & Publicity

7.1 By entering, participants agree that if selected as a winner, their name, image, and likeness may be used by BWW for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media and advertising) without additional compensation.

8. General Terms

8.1 All raffle ticket fees are non-refundable.
8.2 BWW reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8.3 Each raffle campaign is subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Nigeria and Ghana.
8.4 Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
