The giveaway is open to past BWW travellers and customers who travel with BWW on or before 20 December 2026.

To qualify, participants must:

• Post a genuine photo, carousel or video from a BWW trip on Instagram.
• Tag @travelwithbww.
• Invite @travelwithbww as a collaborator on the post.
• Use the designated campaign hashtag.
• Keep the entry live until the winner is announced.

Entries close at 11:59 PM on 20 December 2026.

The winner will be announced on 31 December 2026.

The content used must be from an actual BWW trip attended by the entrant. Entries using content from another traveller without permission, misleading content, or content unrelated to a BWW trip may be disqualified.

The winner will be selected by BWW based on factors including creativity, storytelling, originality, quality of content and how well the entry reflects the BWW travel experience. Engagement may be considered but will not be the sole deciding factor.

The prize trip cannot be the same trip or destination featured in the winning entry. The winner will travel on an eligible BWW 2027 trip selected or approved by BWW.

“All-expense-paid” refers only to the standard inclusions stated in the selected BWW package, which may include flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and other advertised inclusions.

The winner is responsible for having a valid passport and meeting all entry, immigration, health and travel requirements for the selected destination.

Where visa assistance is included, BWW may assist with the application process. Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

The prize is subject to BWW’s available 2027 travel dates, flight availability, accommodation availability and operational requirements.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or converted into travel credit unless BWW expressly agrees otherwise.

The prize is for the named winner and is non-transferable unless BWW provides written approval.

If the winner cannot travel on an agreed eligible date or fails to provide required documents within the stated deadline, BWW may withdraw the prize or offer an alternative at its discretion.

By entering, participants give BWW permission to repost, share and use the submitted content for the giveaway, social media, marketing and promotional purposes, with appropriate credit where practicable.

Fraudulent engagement, purchased likes/comments, impersonation, fake accounts or attempts to manipulate the competition may result in immediate disqualification.

BWW reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to operational, legal or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

BWW’s decision regarding eligibility and winner selection will be final.
